For intermediate to advanced level swimmers.
Suitable for individuals who complete regularly in biathlons, triathlons and open water swim races, as well as those planning to participate in longer distance triathlon races.
Included in Intermediate and Advanced classes, but also available as individual sessions if all you need is that added boost of confidence before a big race.
Race season sessions may include a swim-run brick session as part of training.
Weekly track speed endurance sessions. Expect to spend up to half of each session on often neglected core strengthening exercises! A variety of running drills and interval repeats will be used to improve running form and strength.
