Adults

Three levels of group classes are offered to cater for swimmers of different levels.

> Tri-Swim
> Novice Tri-Swim
> Beginners

> TRI-SWIM

For intermediate to advanced level swimmers.
Suitable for individuals planning to participate in long distance triathlon races.

Weekly pool sessions focus on freestyle (front-crawl) mileage and speed with minimum drills.
Occasional coverage of breaststroke, butterfly and backstroke for overall conditioning.

Monthly open water swim sessions are included in the course, these sessions cover open water swim techniques and provide the opportunity to clock open water mileage before races.

WEEKLY POOL SESSIONS

> MONDAYS
Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Location: Katong Swimming Complex, 111 Wilkinson Road S(436752)

Classes are available in 1, 3 and 6 month packages.

All swimmers are required to sign an indemnity form before the start of their first session.

Tri Swim

> NOVICE TRI-SWIM

For advanced beginners to intermediate level swimmers.
Suitable for individuals who have just completed a beginners class, individuals looking to prepare for their first race, or build a swim base.

Weekly pool sessions involve focus on proper freestyle (front-crawl) technique through drills. Swim sets help in building swim endurance and a base for longer distance swimming.

Monthly open water swim sessions are included in the course, these sessions cover open water swim techniques and provide the opportunity to clock open water mileage before races.
More attention will be paid to novice swimmers during these sessions.

Time: 7:15pm - 8:45pm

Novice Tri-swim

> BEGINNERS

For complete beginners to swimming, or anyone looking to correct their stroke technique.

This course covers the basics of swimming. Main stroke covered in classes is freestyle (front-crawl) followed by breaststroke. Essential water treading techniques will also be covered.

The Adult beginners classes come in a block of 10 sessions and are progressive. It is recommended that you start from the first session.
