Weekly pool sessions involve focus on proper freestyle (front-crawl) technique through drills. Swim sets help in building swim endurance and a base for longer distance swimming.
Monthly open water swim sessions are included in the course, these sessions cover open water swim techniques and provide the opportunity to clock open water mileage before races.
More attention will be paid to novice swimmers during these sessions.
