ADULT NOVICE TRI-SWIM CLASSESFor advanced beginners to intermediate level swimmers.Suitable for individuals who have just completed a beginners class, individuals looking to prepare for their first race, or build a swim base. |

ADULT BEGINNERS CLASSESFor complete beginners to swimming, or anyone looking to correct their stroke technique. A progessive course covering the basics of swimming that comes in a block of ten sessions. |

CHILDREN'S CLASSESIndividual, small group or Saturday group classes for all ages, where your child gets to have fun in the water, pick up an important survival skill and make friends, or prepare for Swim Safer tests. |

OPEN WATER SWIMIncluded in Intermediate and Advanced classes, but also available as individual sessions if all you need is that added boost of confidence before a big race. Race season sessions may include a swim-run brick session as part of training. |

YELLOWFISH STRIDESWeekly track speed endurance sessions. Expect to spend up to half of each session on often neglected core strengthening exercises! A variety of running drills and interval repeats will be used to improve running form and strength. |
