OPEN WATER SWIMIncluded in Intermediate and Advanced classes, but also available as individual sessions if all you need is that added boost of confidence before a big race. Race season sessions may include a swim-run brick session as part of training. |

YELLOWFISH STRIDESWeekly track speed endurance sessions. Expect to spend up to half of each session on often neglected core strengthening exercises! A variety of running drills and interval repeats will be used to improve running form and strength. |
